About the Role

As a Senior UX Product Manager at Beam, you’ll be at the heart of shaping our users' experience by driving our product experience with a design-first approach. You’ll bridge the gap between design and our clients, ensuring that every product decision enhances usability and delivers real impact.

What You’ll Do

Lead UX-Driven Product Strategy

  • Own and define the user experience vision for Beam’s AI platform, ensuring that every feature and interaction feels natural and intuitive.
  • Develop and execute a UX strategy and roadmap that aligns with both user needs and business goals.
  • Continuously advocate for human-centered design, making user experience a core pillar of our product development process.

Deeply Understand Users

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and data analysis to uncover pain points, needs, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop detailed user personas, journeys, and workflows to guide product decisions.
  • Partner with data teams to analyze user behavior and product performance, using insights to refine and enhance the experience.

Bridge Design and Development

  • Translate user needs and research insights into clear product designs.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and product teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring a seamless execution from concept to launch.
  • Work with engineers to balance beautiful, intuitive design with technical feasibility, always pushing for the best possible user experience.

Prototype, Test, and Iterate

  • Lead the creation of prototypes and wireframes, validating concepts through usability testing and iterative feedback loops.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, refining and optimizing the platform based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
  • Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI-powered design tools to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Requirements

What We’re Looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Software Product Management, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, UX strategy, or a similar role, ideally within SaaS or AI-driven products.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other leading design tools, alongside experience with product management platforms like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
  • Experience with AI-driven design tools and systems for optimizing user experience and interface design.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, balancing business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Ability to balance creativity with practicality, ensuring that design-driven innovation translates into tangible business impact.
  • A passion for continuous improvement, with a strategy-driven approach to product decisions.
