As a Product Manager at Oxylabs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative data-driven products that empower businesses to make smarter decisions and accelerate their growth. With data and insights becoming a central focus of our strategy, we are looking for a visionary Product Manager who can drive business success by leading a cross-functional team and executing impactful strategies.
You will leverage your expertise to guide the development of our self-service dashboard—an essential tool that has been instrumental in our company's success. As the voice of the product, you will engage with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met while steering the product team in the right direction. Your deep understanding of market trends and customer needs will help shape a product that not only meets but exceeds expectations, setting new industry standards.

Your day-to-day:

  • Transforming user data into powerful insights to drive meaningful product improvements.
  • Exploring real-world use cases and market trends to shape a product that truly makes an impact.
  • Owning the dashboard product's roadmap and backlog, ensuring a clear and strategic direction.
  • Empowering the development team by optimizing processes and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to uncover needs and opportunities for innovation.
  • Serving as the product’s guiding force, aligning teams with the vision and inspiring progress.
  • Proactively communicating updates, releases, and future plans, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Together with the team make use of AI and large language models (LLMs) to simplify API interactions and make data more accessible for users.

Your skills & experience:

  • Proven experience in managing digital products.
  • Ability to analyze user data, extract insights, and translate them into actionable improvements.
  • Experience conducting user research, market analysis, and identifying trends to guide product strategy.
  • Strong communication skills to align internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to drive product success.
  • Strong experience working in an Agile environment, managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and iterative development.

  • Nice to have:
  • Worked with Self-service, Dashboard, B2B, SaaS products.
  • Understand how data moves through the system, is transformed, stored, visualized, and finally enriched through machine learning algorithms.
  • Worked with complex, technical products.
  • Experience working with data tools, AI, or API-driven environments.

Salary:

  • Gross salary: 4300 - 5800 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
