Data Scientist Intern

Purpose

 Within the Global Data Team responsible for the exploitation and valorization of internal and external data across the group, we are looking for a Data Scientist to join a dynamic and rapidly growing team composed of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Analysts and Data Architects.

Key Missions

Your daily tasks will include:

•  Designing and creating data pipelines, prototyping the solutions imagined on hetero-geneous and global data
•  Working in a team with the Data Scientists of the Data Department
•  Working hands on to improve state of the art GenAI infrastructure
•  Interacting closely with the Data Engineers, Data Architects of the Data Department for the integration and production deployment of tools and algorithms
•  Developing and deploying your pipelines directly on our AWS data platform
•  You will have the opportunity to participate in the deployment of industrial use cases valorizing our Data and will work on the entire Data chain alongside us.
   

Profile & Other Information

Profile: Passionate about Data, enthusiastic about its uses, with an innovative and autono-mous spirit. You are looking for a challenge and are motivated by the challenges ahead. You have a Bac +5 or higher education. You have at least one previous experience in data pro-cessing in the industry with the development of algorithms on a state of the art cloud infra-structure. 

Required Skills:
•    Advanced knowledge in Cloud Engineering and Machine Learning with practical ex-perience on real data
•    Proven ability to work with languages such as Java, Scala, etc., and on Big Data in-frastructures (AWS)
•    Deep business understanding 
•    Ability to communicate algorithms and applications developed to non-experts (in English & French)
•    Proactive and innovative spirit
•    Experience in teamwork
