What You Will Do:
- Provide forecast and pipeline data analytics that improves leadership team’s ability to guide the business, advance sales and help surpass targets.
- Analyze historical data on sales pipeline and customer purchase behavior to identify trends, to improve forecast accuracy, to identify groups within customer base and predict future purchase behavior.
- Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) data pertaining to sales, market research and human resource allocation from various sources using tools and languages such as SQL, Python, Amazon Redshift, Apache Airflow, JBoss Data Virtualization, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Business Objects, and MS Excel.
- Develop and publish dashboards that provide data driven actionable insights through interactive visualizations using tools such as Tableau, R and Python.
- Collaborate on cross functional projects with external teams like operations, marketing, global finance and global shared services.
What You Will Bring:
- Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Quantitative Management or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related role.
- Must have two (2) years of experience with: Python, SQL, and R; Amazon Redshift, Business Objects, MS Excel, Tableau, SAS Visual Analytics, RStudio, and JBoss Data Virtualization; Reporting in a CRM system like Salesforce.com; Building data pipelines and automating data loads; Clustering, time series forecasting, and market basket analysis statistical methods; and cross functional teams on data gathering and result-driven processes.

The salary range for this position is $144,580 - $238,580. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
