  • Collaborates with HR teams to understand data needs, validate metrics, and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Analyze HR datasets to uncover trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Create clear, impactful reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to support HR decision-making (e.g., turnover analysis, hiring pipelines).
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform HR data from relational databases.
  • Use Python or R (with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, or tidyverse) for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical projects and present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
  • Assist in data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy of HR metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition rates).
  • Preferred: Basic knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts (e.g., predictive modeling, clustering) to explore advanced HR analytics use cases.

Education and Experience

  • Undergraduate in computer science or analytics focused degree.  
  • 1 year experience working in a data analysis focused domain.
