Responsibilities

The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Data Analytics will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of data-driven strategies across the hospital system’s regional network. This role will focus on enhancing clinical, operational, and financial performance through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and business intelligence. The RVP will collaborate with executive leadership, IT, finance, and clinical teams to drive data-informed decision-making and ensure analytics align with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Health Informatics, Public Health, or a related field required; PhD or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a multi-hospital or integrated health system environment.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), SQL, Python, R, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare finance, revenue cycle management, and population health analytics.
  • Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Meditech) and healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience influencing at all levels of an organization.
