Location: Hybrid (based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania)
Internship Period: 21st July – 26th September 2025
Schedule: Full-time (8 hrs/day, Monday to Friday)

Essential Criteria:  

• Proficiency in English is required, as the internship involves communication and collaboration in English

• Candidates must be based in Cluj-Napoca or able to relocate and work from Cluj-Napoca for the duration of the internship

• The hybrid setup includes at least one in-office day per week, with additional in-office time for onboarding, training, or team collaboration.

What We’re Looking For
We believe great talent comes in many forms. Here’s what we’d love to see:

Required Skills or Qualifications :

• You’re pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• You have a fundamental understanding of SQL and feel comfortable querying databases (experience with Snowflake is a plus).

• You’re aware or had experience with tools like Tableau or Looker Studio.

• You’re detail-oriented, able to document processes clearly, and can develop data-tracking plans for product usage.

• You enjoy collaborating with others, communicating insights effectively, and are eager to learn and grow.

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Segment).

• Exposure to data modelling or ETL processes.

• Passion for understanding user behavior and driving product insights through data.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll collaborate with seasoned engineers, tackling exciting challenges and helping build data-driven products. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll dive into:

• Partner with front-end and back-end engineers to define, document, implement, and test analytics events for product usage data.

• Write and optimize SQL queries to collect, validate, and integrate data into pipelines, ensuring accurate and comprehensive product insights.

• Apply fundamental statistical methods to analyze user behavior and identify trends, collaborating with product design and product management to inform improvements.

• Develop and refine data dashboards and reports, leveraging BI tools like Tableau and Looker Studio to communicate findings and support data-driven decision-making.

• Contribute to ongoing enhancements in data instrumentation, troubleshooting discrepancies, and sharing best practices across teams.
