Lead Data Analyst (Hybrid)

You will provide analytics services to the business. Develop new insights and understand the business performance based on data and statistical methods. Analyze business results, external market dynamics and other data sources to assess trends and develop actionable insights to management, via understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Data Engineering.

Position Compensation Range:

$97,000.00 - $164,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities

• Work with business partners in the development and delivery of key performance analysis and reporting.
• Build and maintain various models used to project business results; enhances the model where there is business value in adjusting the models.
• Ensure analysis and reporting accuracy and integrity and explain performance drivers and provide insights into performance trends.
• Create, execute, and maintain forecasting models; speaks to the underlying assumptions and inter-workings of the model used to create the forecast.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and leadership with recommendations for actions to address business changes, trends, and issues.
• Designs, tests and maintains data/analytics systems and make recommendations for new tools and system enhancements.
• Develop, tests, and deploys complex automated reporting solutions and automated decision analytics to replace manual business processes.
• Develop and define standard analytics and reporting governance and communication and ensures adherence to standards.
• May be requested to complete other assignments or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
• Expertise in managing and analyzing customer data, with a strong focus on data quality improvement and experience with Reltio preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate with developers to resolve data issues, define data standards, and implement data governance policies.
• Proficiency in generating insightful reports, utilizing data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Expert level SQL and Python knowledge.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of forecasting techniques or statistical analysis or data modeling or data mining.
• Demonstrated experience communicating/presenting complex and independent concepts and unbiased fact-based decision-making and financial performance.
• Demonstrated experience developing complex data sets for wide-spread use.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110.
