The job in a nutshell :
- Create and then maintain and upgrade the business planning & operation infrastructure.
- Manage the definition & execution of the business planning tools roadmap.
- Make sure of good technical foundations & business integration within the BMS infrastructure and more widely across the overall PS organization & IT tools. Interface with PMO& DTO org.
- Embrace AI & latest technologies to design top performance tool, simple, powerful & easy to use, very nice looking with the goal to provide better/faster business decisions making.
- Think customer first. Any solution should be designed and satisfy our top customers first : top management, division leads & markets.

Responsibilities
- Leads complex data and business analysis to develop business plans, and identifies recommendations and insights.
- Works independently to construct highly complex statistical and financial models to forecast business performance; coaches others on model development.
- Establishes the metrics required to measure business performance, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps.
- Manages complex, time-sensitive market research projects and prepares synthesized intelligence reports with clear implications.
- Leads cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities.
- Contributes to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations.
- Partners with business leaders to develop business plans and proactively identify new opportunities.
- Develops go-forward business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns.
- Identifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.
- Demonstrates a high level of business acumen and technical expertise in areas such as business planning, operational management, and financial analysis.

- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

Job family definition: Defines, manages, and evaluates business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives. Leads and partners with cross-functional teams to develop short-term (typically less than two years) business plans and supporting data-driven models. Prepares comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans, resource allocation plans, follow-up guidelines, assessment, and process accountabilities. Ensures that business activities are aligned with stated plans among different stakeholders. Sets business metrics, evaluates actual performance, and makes recommendations to business leaders on performance target achievement. Develops data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure that business plans can be translated into financial value.
The base pay range for this role is $110,050 - $166,150 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
