Job Description

At Xplor, the Global Operations team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, enabling growth, and driving efficiency through our three strategic pillars: Brilliant Basics, Global Talent Communities, and Sales Through Outstanding Service. This role plays a key part in supporting the strategic objective of Brilliant Basics by ensuring robust operational data, measurement, and reporting to build a solid foundation for success.

As a member of the Operational, Reporting, Analytics, and Workforce Planning team, you will contribute to the maintenance, optimization, and transformation of our Data & Analytical layers. Your primary focus will be on generating actionable insights through reporting and supporting the development of both localized and strategic analytics to enhance operational effectiveness, efficiency, and cost reduction.

This position will be working across a range of our business units and experience with Contact Centre metrics and enterprise scale database systems is required.

The primary tasks, duties, and responsibilities are:

  • Maintaining and enhancing reporting and Power BI solutions.
  • Producing reporting stored procedures via T-SQL scripting and DAX.
  • Data Modelling and Transformation design.
  • Contribute to cloud migration and ensure system uptime for data warehouse products.
  • Participate in Agile work planning, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in contact centre environments to understand operational needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain operational KPIs and reporting solutions tailored to contact centre performance, efficiency, and customer experience metrics.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Professional experience with data transformation
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Working knowledge of Teleopti/Calabrio/Genesys/Salesforce and AWS Connect
  • Expertise in parallel processing warehouses (Snowflake/Redshift),
  • high-frequency differential ETL processes and Agile development methodology.
