AI Artist (2D Generalist)

We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.           What You’ll Do:This role is ideal for an artist passionate about leveraging AI to enhance creativity while maintaining high-quality, hand-crafted aesthetics. This role involves training AI models, creating game assets and integrating AI-generated content into production pipelines. You will work closely with game leads, artists, and engineers to explore, iterate, and refine visual styles while leveraging AI-powered tools.

• AI Art Model Training & Refinement: Train and fine-tune AI art models to generate high-quality, stylized outputs that align with the project's artistic vision
• AI-Driven Content Generation Support: Utilize Stable Diffusion, Flux, and proprietary or licensed interfaces to generate and enhance visual assets
• Collaboration & Iteration: Partner with leadership, art teams, AI teams, and production teams to ensure AI-generated assets align with project objectives
• Documentation & Communication: Maintain clear documentation, share feedback with internal and external artists, and contribute to process improvements
• Research & Innovation: Stay informed about AI-art advancements and explore new workflows to enhance creative development

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in AI art, technical art, or 2D art within the game industry
• Strong foundational art skills, including composition, lighting, color theory, anatomy, and rendering
• Proficiency in digital painting tools such as Photoshop, Procreate, or similar
• Experience with AI-powered art tools, including Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, or other generative models
• Ability to create 2D production arts for in-game assets and refine AI-generated content to align with artistic goals
• Familiarity with 3D tools such as Blender, ZBrush, or similar is a plus
• Technical proficiency in AI model training and workflow integration
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary environment

Bonus:

• Unity experience for asset integration.
• Basic knowledge of 3D modeling or animation.
• Experience in mobile game development.
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile workflows.
