The HRS AIOps team serves as a pivotal force in transforming customer support by harnessing the power of advanced AI technologies. Our primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction by providing swift, intelligent solutions to inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience across all channels. POSITION

We are seeking a Chandigarh/Mohali based "Cloud Infrastructure Engineer" to architect, implement, and maintain our AWS-based cloud infrastructure. This role is vital in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of our AI-driven customer support platform. The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for designing and managing cloud resources, implementing infrastructure as code, and establishing robust CI/CD pipelines. This position requires expertise in cloud technologies and DevOps practices to support our mission of delivering exceptional customer service through technological innovation.

CHALLENGE

• Cloud Architecture: Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure including AWS services to support our AI-driven support platform. Integrate multi-vendor SaaS solutions for call centers, chat platforms, email services, CRMs, and product log systems.
• Infrastructure Management: Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Pipeline Development: Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient deployment and delivery of applications.
• Container Orchestration: Manage containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes for microservices architecture.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization and application performance.
• Monitoring Implementation: Set up comprehensive monitoring and logging systems for infrastructure, applications, and integrated SaaS solutions.
• Security Integration: Implement cloud security best practices and ensure compliance with security standards across cloud and SaaS platforms.
• Cost Management: Optimize cloud resource allocation and manage infrastructure costs effectively.
• Automation Development: Create automated solutions for infrastructure management, deployment processes, and SaaS integration workflows.
• Disaster Recovery: Design and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for critical systems and integrated SaaS solutions.
• SaaS Integration and API Management: Integrate and manage multiple SaaS solutions using APIs and integration tools. Implement API gateways, service meshes, and API management platforms for secure and reliable communication.
• Data Integration and Workflow Orchestration: Enable seamless data flow between SaaS solutions, AI platform, and internal systems using data integration techniques and workflow orchestration tools.
• Multi-Cloud and Hybrid Cloud Strategies: Understand and implement multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures to support the integration of SaaS solutions hosted on different cloud providers or on-premises systems.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM): Implement and manage IAM solutions across multiple cloud providers and SaaS platforms, ensuring secure access control and data privacy. Implement federated identity management and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
• Observability and Monitoring: Set up comprehensive observability and monitoring solutions that span across cloud infrastructure, SaaS solutions, and internal systems, enabling end-to-end visibility and troubleshooting. Utilize distributed tracing and log aggregation tools.

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; cloud certifications (AWS) are required.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on AWS services.
• AWS Expertise: Deep knowledge of AWS services and best practices for cloud architecture.
• Infrastructure as Code: Strong experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and version control systems.
• DevOps Tools: Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and practices.
• Container Technology: Extensive experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Monitoring Skills: Experience with monitoring tools (New Relic, CloudWatch) and log management systems.
• Scripting Abilities: Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages for automation.
• Security Knowledge: Understanding of cloud security principles and compliance requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex infrastructure issues.
• Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document technical solutions.
• Agile Mindset: Experience working in agile environments with rapid deployment cycles.
