Job Description

We are seeking a highly curious and innovative Data Storytelling Analyst to join Organisational Development team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exploring data and leveraging to emerging technology uncover insights. This role involves building interactive dashboards, designing feedback questionnaires, and translating business data into compelling stories. Additionally, the candidate should have strong skills in statistical modelling, machine learning, and proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Exploration and Analysis: Investigate and analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Dashboard Development: Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.

Organisation Questionnaire Design: Develop and implement surveys and questionnaires to gather data from various sources.

Data Storytelling: Interpret and present data findings in a clear and engaging manner, creating narratives that drive business decisions.

Statistical Modelling and Machine Learning: Develop and apply statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.

AI Integration: Explore and apply AI techniques to enhance data analysis and visualization processes.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, data analysis tools , data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and experience with AI/ML frameworks.
