Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Data Analysis and Requirements Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to be part of team that develops data management solutions for a wide variety of customers, meet with stakeholders at all levels to understand what they do and how they do it, organize and document their requirements for the project team, verify that the requirements meet the customers' goals, and train the stakeholders on new solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Meeting with Stakeholders

• Documenting requirements

• Reviewing requirements with project team

• Assisting in prioritizing requirements

• Developing test cases

• Creating UAT documents

• Training users

• Gathering feedback from users

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Refer to Job Description for Education and Experience Requirements

• Strong writing skills

• Ability to understand, analyze, and decompose complex problem sets

• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of leadership

• Minimum SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Understanding of Combatant Command functions

• Understanding of Security Cooperation processes

• Ability to travel to stakeholder sites

• Knowledge of how to use JIRA or similar applications

• Understanding of the SAFE development process

Salary Range: 

$83,300.00 - $168,700.00
