Responsibilities 

Develop and design conversation flows, dialogue scripts, and microcopy that feel natural, intuitive, and customer-centric.
Lead strategic initiatives that align chatbot capabilities with broader business goals, driving measurable impact on department KPIs and overall company success.
Oversee complex chatbot projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives, while managing risks and adapting plans as necessary.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure content aligns with functional requirements and is optimized for both human and prompt writing 
Analyze customer journey maps and feedback to iterate on content strategies that drive continuous improvement in engagement and user satisfaction
Establish guidelines and best practices for chatbot tone, style, and behavior, ensuring consistency across all interactions
Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis on different content approaches, using insights to recommend enhancements and drive data-driven decisions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends in conversational design and emerging technologies to ensure our content strategy remains innovative and competitive
Design AI-driven flows that continually leverage GenAI advancements, ensuring conversations remain informative, compliant, and aligned with brand standards.
Train and maintain Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models to improve chatbot comprehension and response accuracy.

Your Profile 

Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in conversational UX or content design for AI chatbots
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences
Solid understanding of conversational design principles, user experience best practices, and the fundamentals of natural language processing
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment
Ability to read and interpret JSON, interact with REST APIs, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of updated conversation flows.
Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting performance data to drive content improvements
