The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

The Growth Data Science team partners with Advertisers to improve the performance of their Ad Spend on Moloco, through insights, analytics and testing. Due to strong growth, the team is looking for a high-performing intern to join summer of 2025.

Data Analysis: You’ll be responsible for creating custom displays of quantitative information through writing queries and developing automated reports and dashboards to provide insights at scale.

Data Validation: Verifying the data we obtain from ad exchanges and mobile-app tracking solutions to confirm our campaign models are trained with the most accurate engagement data.

Campaign Optimization: Engaging in the life cycle of campaigns, from understanding performance trends to partnering with sales teams on bespoke analysis for clients. 

Business Collaboration: Collaborating with key stakeholders to help Moloco focus on decisions that improve our products and services, with a focus on client growth. 

Qualifying Criteria:

• Able and willing to work from our London, U.K. office. We adopt a hybrid approach, with 3-days in office and 2-days at home. 
• Currently pursuing a master’s, bachelor’s or Ph.D degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, engineering, computer science or related analytical fields. 
• Ideally students in the final year of study, alternatively in their penultimate year.
• Some prior experience (academic or professional) in data analysis / visualisation / modelling / advanced analytics / tool building / computer science.
• Programming: experience in Python and SQL is required.
• Must have full-right to work in the U.K.
• 12-week internship, availability required from May to September 2025.
• Must be able to work full-time (up to 40-hours per week).

Ideal Candidate:

• Ability to work independently, owning projects end-to-end, solving problems with minimal guidance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time whilst paying attention to detail. 
• Ability to generate actionable insights from data and distill complex problem areas into simple recommendations.

Our Compensation:

Base Compensation Range: £3,400 to £3,800 per month (depending on qualifications).
