Job Description:

Apply your expertise to advance the mission and optimize our business strategy as a Technology Vice President, Artificial Intelligence at GDIT. Here, you’ll support solving some of our clients’ biggest challenges and help us grow the business.

Serve as a senior thought leader as the lead of a Center of Excellence for GDIT and our customers regarding AI/ML solutions and services. Help grow our AI/ML portfolio of work and bring differentiated technology offerings to drive increased value and cost efficiencies to Agency missions.

HOW AN TECHNOLOGY VICE PRESIDENT, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Engage GDIT Federal and State & Local customers around strategies and solutions to assist them with leveraging AI/ML to modernize their mission applications, make more strategic use of agency data and related capabilities.
• Lead and contribute to the development of market-leading AI/ML offerings.
• Contribute to opportunity identification, win strategies, consultative selling engagements, and solutions and proposals for GDIT’s most strategic pursuits that involve AI/ML.
• Collaborate with AI/ML Alliance partners to create significant mutual value for the partner and the company.
• Represent GDIT at industry and customer events and in marketing and media.
• Educate and inform senior GDIT leaders of market and customer trends and strategic opportunities that can benefit agency use of data and existing AI/ML tools and capabilities.
• Lead a Center of Excellence engaged across GDIT’s business development and program portfolios.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Required Experience: 10+ years of AI/ML or related experience
• Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Expertise in designing & implementing traditional and generative AI/ML solutions and modernization strategies
  • Expertise in Data Science
  • Expertise in Data Analytics
  • Expertise in integrating AI/ML automation into mission and back-office processes and systems to create efficiency and higher return on investment
  • Expertise in diverse set of market-leading AI/ML platforms, Cloud services & Data Science tools
  • Expertise in technical writing, presentation writing, and proposal development
  • Expertise in consultative selling
  • Experience successfully leading and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience engaging with Sr. government officials and C-level executives.
• Location: This is a hybrid position working at our GDIT facility in Falls Church, VA. Must be comfortable working onsite 3 days a week.
• Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
• US Citizenship required

The likely salary range for this position is $246,500 - $333,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
