Ready to dive into the world of big data while studying? Our Content Data Quality team is at the heart of ensuring millions of travelers receive accurate, high-quality hotel information. We're looking for a curious and analytical mind to join us as a working student in a role where you'll learn hands-on data quality practices while making a real impact on our product. Working alongside experienced data practitioners, you'll get to apply your SQL and data analysis skills, learn industry-standard tools, and contribute to improving our data quality processes. How you’ll make an impact: 

• Analyze & Monitor Data – Use SQL to query, analyze, and validate content data for inconsistencies
• Triage Data Anomalies – Identify, investigate, and escalate content quality issues, collaborating with engineers for resolution
• Support Data Engineering – Assist in improving data quality practices, ensuring clean, structured, and optimized data pipelines
• Optimize Manual Processes – Help automate and refine existing workflows to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with Teams – Work closely with content teams, data engineers, and stakeholders to improve data governance

What you'll learn:

What you'll need to thrive:

• SQL-Savvy – Comfortable writing SQL queries for data analysis and quality checks
• Analytical Thinker – Able to spot data inconsistencies and propose solutions
• Team Player – Excited to work with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders
• Process-Oriented – Passionate about optimizing workflows and reducing manual effort
• Availability – Can commit 20 hours per week for at least one year
• Currently enrolled at a university in Germany, living within a commutable distance to Düsseldorf

Stand out with:

• Knowledge of Python for data analysis or automation
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Familiarity with ETL pipelines or data processing frameworks
