Job DetailsPOSITION SUMMARY:
The Lead Data Analyst - Compliance Monitoring position will support and partner with our Global Compliance organization and will actively drive the integration of data analytics and associated data visualizations into Compliance Monitoring projects to deliver innovative, insightful, and actionable analyses. Reporting to the Director, Global Compliance Monitoring, this role will support the Office of Compliance in continuing to develop our capability of monitoring compliance with the company’s Code of Conduct, Compliance policies, and relevant laws and regulations through data analytics.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify, acquire, validate, synthesize, and analyze relevant data for monitoring and reporting based on the Compliance department’s needs
Lead the design, development and execution of analytic solutions using a range of methods and tools as appropriate for compliance monitoring needs
Provide data-driven insights to Cencora’s Compliance leadership team to help prioritize compliance monitoring activities aimed to mitigate organizational risk
Conduct regular assessments of data to identify gaps and opportunities
Identify opportunities for the use of innovative technology and decision-support tools to improve operating efficiency and performance
Adhere to enterprise data governance standards and maintaining documentation
Participate in brainstorming and creation of ad-hoc/continuous monitoring reporting as needed to support compliance investigations, special projects, and on-going monitoring efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including enterprise data analytics, software engineers, data owners, IT, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver solutions aligned with compliance analytics objectives.
Utilize advanced understanding of multiple data structures and data sources to develop new analytics.
Create visualizations, including dashboards, to display data-backed insights and predictive results.
Manage time working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Lead efforts to educate/train other Compliance team members on the effective use of Data Analytic tools and techniques.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business Intelligence and/or Data Science, or another related field or equivalent work experience.
Typically has about five (5) or more years data analytics work experience and knowledge of data quality assurance, data analysis, and data modeling.
Big 4, healthcare, or pharmaceutical compliance, risk management, data analytics, or audit experience preferred.
Requires specific knowledge and training in programming and development of queries/scripts using various data analytics software and visualization tools, specifically SQL, PowerBI and Python

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in the collection and analysis of complex data using SQL, Python, and visualization software (e.g., Power BI)
Ability to manage data sourcing and perform data quality and integrity control
Detail oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent oral/written communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Team player who effectively partners across functions throughout the organization and communicates easily and comfortably with technical experts and can communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Applications (especially Excel).
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Enjoys challenges of balancing multiple and sometimes competing priorities and achieving deadlines.

Full timeSalary Range*$86,500 - 123,860*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
