• Lead and Mentor: Guide a team of engineers in developing sovereign AI solutions, fostering technical excellence and innovation.

• Hands-On Contribution: Dedicate at least 40% of your time to critical projects, proofs of concept, and optimizations, ensuring our AI applications meet the highest standards of performance and security. 

• Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement secure, high-performing Generative AI applications tailored for enterprise use cases, emphasizing data sovereignty and compliance. 

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with AI/ML research teams and other departments to translate cutting-edge developments into deployable, real-world solutions. 

• Talent Development: Drive hiring and mentorship initiatives, attracting and retaining world-class engineering talent committed to our vision of ethical AI. 

• Promote Continuous Learning: Cultivate a culture of adaptability, continuous improvement, and excellence in execution. 

What You Bring: 

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in software engineering with a focus on building and deploying AI-driven applications at scale. 

• Deep Learning Proficiency: Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch; familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model optimization techniques. 

• Architectural Skills: Ability to design and optimize AI architectures that prioritize security, scalability, and efficiency, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. 

• Infrastructure Knowledge: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise AI infrastructure, supporting our commitment to data sovereignty. 

• Leadership Acumen: Proven ability to lead engineering teams in dynamic environments, balancing technical rigor with strategic objectives. 

• Proactive Mindset: A history of driving initiatives, solving complex challenges, and delivering high-impact AI solutions. 

• Collaborative Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and align AI innovations with business goals.
