We are a true International IT provider and are proud to deliver our services through global simplicity with trusted transparency.   Position Overview:   As a BI Analyst, you are responsible to develop and visualize the service story for the senior leadership team. You develop an understanding of current business trends whilst engaging with key stakeholders. Also, you undertake data engineering initiatives and build end-to-end scalable, stable, and secure analytical solutions. You are passionate about working with huge datasets and have experience with the organization and curation of data for analytics. You have a strategic and long-term view on architecting advanced data eco systems. You are experienced in building efficient and scalable data services and have the ability to integrate data systems.   What You'll Do:

• Work with Project Manager and Leads to understand business and functional requirements and translate these requirements into robust, scalable, operable solutions with a flexible and adaptable data architecture.
• Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and transforming large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
•  Develop robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from diverse sources into our data ecosystem. 
•  Implement data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Build and publish customized interactive Tableau reports and dashboards along with data refresh scheduling using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
• Work with key stakeholders to understand key questions to be answered, and to define reporting and visualization requirements
• Design elegant, easy-to-understand and interactive visualizations, dashboards from centralized database structure.
• Help continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service modelling and production support for customers.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field or 4+ years industry experience.
• Demonstrated strength in data modelling, ETL development, and data warehousing experience.
• Experience in SQL and query performance tuning skills.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data engineering (e.g., Python, Java, Scala, etc.). 
• Experience building data products incrementally and integrating and managing data sets from multiple sources.

Preferred Experience:

• 4+ years professional experience
• 4+ years as a Business Intelligence Analyst or relate
• 3+ years working in Tableau Desktop and publishing to Tableau Server required
• 4+ Experience in data management, SQL and ad hoc data analysis experience
• BS degree in data science, MIS or equivalent business-related experience
• Creative solutions mentality (out of the box thinking)
• Strong systems modelling and communication skills
• Ability to operate comfortably and effectively in a fast paced, highly cross functional, rapidly changing environment
