Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Intermediate Power BI Engineer to join our team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Utilize strong data modeling skills to structure and organize datasets for efficient reporting.
• Write and optimize complex DAX queries to provide analytical insights and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver customized BI solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting solutions.
• Optimize Power BI reports for performance and scalability.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI solutions.
• Provide support and training to end-users for the effective utilization of Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance data visualization solutions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will specialize in developing data visualization and reporting solutions using Power BI, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The candidate should be proficient in data modeling, DAX, and the creation of interactive dashboards tailored to business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced English Level (B2+) with experience working with American teams and clients. 
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including Power BI Service and Power BI Desktop.
• Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and M language.
• Solid experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Azure).
• Demonstrated ability to create interactive dashboards with intuitive visualizations.
• Proficient in translating complex business requirements into scalable BI solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, or other cloud-based BI tools.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
