Your Role:

As a VDS Specialist, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and verifying automotive data to ensure high-quality and reliable information in our databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate technical data entry into company databases following relevant guidelines.
• Follow company workflows, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct PESTLE analysis on automotive markets across SEA countries.
• Gather and verify domestic and international automotive data and parts information from reliable sources.
• Identify and correct data errors using structured workflows.
• Generate insightful reports and support leaders in data-driven decision-making.
• Provide internal technical support to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Educational Background:

• Diploma or Degree in Data Management, Vehicle Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are also encouraged to apply.
• 2-3 years of experience working with large datasets

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of the automotive industry (aftermarket experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, SQL is a plus).
• Ability to work with large datasets (prior experience is a bonus).

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work with large datasets (prior experience is a bonus).
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Proactive, hardworking, and eager to learn.
• Attention to detail and logical thinking.
• Self-disciplined, self-starter, and honest work ethic.
• Strong team player who can work under pressure.
