As a Data Specialist (PADS), you will play a key role in analyzing and managing automotive OES parts data for the EU region. You will collaborate with a team of 50+ data experts in our Data Factory, working across various data domains such as vehicle and parts data.
Job Responsibilities
- Collect and verify domestic and international OES parts data from trusted sources across the EU region.
- Extract, analyze, and input OES parts data from electronic parts catalogs into internal systems.
- Conduct thorough data research and ensure accurate documentation of vehicle and technical data.
- Process, convert, and integrate data from third-party systems while maintaining consistency.
- Maintain data quality by regularly reviewing, updating, and resolving discrepancies.
- Enhance and optimize data structures by implementing innovative improvements.
- Ensure proper documentation of all data activities and generate reports for analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support data-driven decision-making and system enhancements.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma, preferably in Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in data research, analysis, or the automotive industry (preferred). Fresh graduates or junior-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data management tools, with experience handling large datasets.
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy in data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with adaptability to new challenges.
- Experience or familiarity with automotive data is highly advantageous.
