Senior Data Analyst (Web3 Content/ Product)

We leverage the power of digital assets and blockchain to build an inclusive financial ecosystem to advance the freedom of money and improve financial access for people around the world.Responsibilities:• Responsible for data analysis in the square and trading insights scenarios.• Provide advanced analytics, reporting, and BI applications.• Support and manage data requests from business stakeholders; able to understand business change requirements and assess the impact of these changes.• Collaborate closely with Square and trading businesses to identify, prioritize, and deliver their most pressing and impactful analysis use cases.• Utilize BI + AI(LLM) solutions to drive the implementation of autonomous data analysis.Lead junior data analysts in completing challenging data analysis projects.
Requirements:• Minimally 8 years of work experience in data analysis, proficient in statistical analysis, machine learning, and other data analysis techniques. • Proficiency in SQL, Spark, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and other common data analysis tools.• Extensive experience in content platform or internet product data analysis, familiarity with relevant data metrics and analysis methods.• Deep understanding of business processes and requirements, able to translate complex analytical insights into executable action plans.• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, collaborating effectively with cross-national and cross-cultural teams.• Strong initiative, able to proactively identify and solve business problems, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.• Continuous learning attitude, stay informed, and explore the latest data analysis technologies and the integration of LLM with data analysis.• Strong communication, presentation, project management and time management skills.• Strong teamwork and leadership skills, effectively managing and developing the data analysis group.
