Chubb is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Analyst with 3-5 years of experience and a strong focus on data-driven strategies to support prospecting efforts, marketing analytics, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and aggregating data from various platforms to identify trends, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and build output platforms for marketing, sales, and producer development teams to utilize.

This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive marketing initiatives and ensure seamless integration of data sources. A deep understanding of data architecture, data quality, and governance is essential. 

This role will ideally sit in our Philadelphia, PA office. Other Chubb office locations (New York, NY, Whitehouse Station, NJ and Jersey City, NJ will be considered).

Key Responsibilities: 

Project Oversight: 

  • Manage data projects related to onboarding of new agencies, agency engagement, webpage redesign, and automation efforts. 
  • Integrate information from the Customer Data Management (CDM) platform into Chubb’s data lake and CDP, connecting profiles from the Agency360 and Online Learning Center platforms to allow for segmentation and reporting. 
  • Utilize platforms (see below) to generate reports that communicate project progress and insights effectively.
  • Optimize the email journey through Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar ESP) automation, including lead scoring, audience segmentation, and email personalization.

Prospecting New Agents: 

  • Develop digital marketing distribution lists aligned with sales effectiveness and underwriting growth strategies. 
  • Target specific agencies based on profitability and underwriting success. 
  • Create targeted profiles for prospecting using data from various sources, including the CDP, to enhance lead quality.

Data Integration & Aggregation: 

  • Integrate data sources from various systems (CDM, web analytics, CDP, marketing automation, sales data, social media) into the company's central data repository or data lake to create a targeted profile. 
  • Work with IT and Data Engineering teams to establish automated workflows and to optimize data pipelines for improved performance, scalability, and reliability to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness for decision-making. 

Dashboard Development & Reporting: 

  • Collaborate with Data Analytics team to build and maintain real-time performance interactive dashboards using platforms such as QlikSense, Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to visualize engagement activity, sales production, and other key performance metrics at a user and agency-level. 
  • Establish a monthly reporting method that illustrates results to executive team outside of digital marketing organization.
  • Ensure that reporting tools can display results by a variety of agency distribution segments.

Advanced Analytics & Insights Generation: 

  • Conduct advanced analytics, such as predictive modeling, segmentation analysis, and customer lifetime value forecasting, to identify high-value leads and inform marketing campaigns. 
  • Leverage Google Analytics for behavioral analytics to derive insights from user interactions across digital platforms and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Use statistical tools like R, Python, or SQL to perform complex data analysis and derive insights from large datasets. 
  • Support the development of predictive analytics models to help anticipate customer behaviors and opportunities for growth. 
  • Define actionable trends and provide actionable insights to guide the team on lead identification and engagement strategies. 
     

Marketing Analytics & Collaboration: 

  • Collaborate with Chubb Global Marketing and media agency to drive traffic to webpages and enhance ad performance using marketing analytics tools. 
  • Measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns, including attribution analysis. 
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize digital marketing spend, focusing on ROI and customer engagement. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, digital marketing analytics, or related fields in a sales-focused environment
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and data integration processes (e.g., CDP, CRM, SFMC). 
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading. 
  • Experience working with large datasets, ensuring data quality, integrity, and governance practices. 
  • Strong knowledge in Google Analytics 4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Marketo, and Demandbase
  • Competency in SQL, QlikSense, Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, and data visualization tools to present clear insights. 
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R for advanced data analysis. 
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and ensuring data governance best practices. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including complex CISA-related initiatives. 
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners. 
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, email marketing, and data aggregation techniques. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in data architecture, data modeling, and integrating data from multiple sources (CRM, CDP, web, social, marketing platforms). 
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques for predictive analysis and customer segmentation. 
  • Advanced understanding of cloud-based data platforms like AWS or Azure for data storage and analytics. 
  • Experience with A/B testing, customer journey analysis, and ad performance optimization
  • Knowledge of web page optimization to enhance user engagement and conversion. 
  • Understanding of Property & Casualty distribution, sales, and marketing processes.

The pay range for the role is $92,000 to $156,400. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
