Overview

The Data Analyst III will collect, analyze and visualize data from various sources to help the Biologics Business Unit make data-driven decisions. This person will have the opportunity to help frame the narrative behind the numbers impacting our business through fact-based story telling.  Further, this specialist will be a partner in improving the data management strategy for our business.

 

This is a hybrid position

 

The general base pay for this position ranges from $88,000 to $117,500. Pay is based on several factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities

 

  • Assemble data from multiple data sources into easy-to-digest formats such as dashboards, scorecards, and presentations to meet partners’ needs – these measures could include weekly KPIs, sales reporting, incentives data collection and summarization, etc
  • Interpret data using trend and correlation analysis, provide context for findings, highlight variables, and provide insight into exceptions
  • Develop metrics, techniques, and dashboards for insights and data visualization required by the business to support strategic decision-making
  • Drive Salesforce (Compass) adoption through reporting and team enablement; become SME on Compass and how BIO BU can leverage to drive accelerating sales performance
  • Be Pricing lead on Wyatt products, this could include updating price lists, validating pricing actuals and discount rates, etc
  • Key partner to the commercialization team and Product Owner of all commercialized Wyatt products; this may include gathering required commercialization information, submitting NPI requests, providing product configuration details, completing sales action information and final test and configuration, etc
  • Generate and distribute reports on a routine basis to internal partners
  • Find opportunities for improvement that deliver efficiency and productivity benefits and/or monetary value
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests and perform analyses

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, analytics, computer science, statistics or related field
  • 5+ years of experience collecting data from disparate sources, identifying trends, and providing insightful recommendations
  • Proficiency using PowerBI to create, deploy, and maintain interactive dashboards
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Extracting and reporting from SAP Analysis for Office and Salesforce Service Lightning is beneficial
  • Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
