HR Data Analyst

Your Role in Our Team

As an HR Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of shaping data-driven HR solutions within our global One Körber HR framework. Working closely with APAC and global teams, you will lead reporting, HR IT initiatives, and data maintenance activities, ensuring seamless collaboration between HR, IT, Finance, and Legal.
 

Your Key Responsibilities
• Design & Reporting: Create, manage, and refine global HR reports, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• KPI Development: Develop and enhance HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic insights.
• Collaboration: Act as a bridge between HR, IT, Finance, and Legal to ensure aligned solutions
• Support & Training: Provide first-level support and training on SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow platforms.
• Data Maintenance: Ensure up-to-date and accurate global HR data by managing new positions and templates in SAP SuccessFactors.
Your Profile
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Tech Expertise: Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills in English, capable of translating technical insights into actionable outcomes.
• Ownership: You thrive on responsibility, owning projects, and delivering quality outcomes with commitment.
• Collaboration: A natural team player, you foster positive partnerships and inclusive collaboration.
