Key Group Retail Data Analytics Advisor

Main task: Supporting data-driven solutions and insight-based decision-making in OTP Group in CEE

OTP Group’s strategic aim is to continuously improve data-driven decision-making across its international member banks, applying business intelligence and advanced analytics to enhance efficiency and customer experience in the CEE region.

To support this goal, we are looking for an Key Group Retail Data Analytics Advisor to strengthen the team of International Retail Directorate.

Description of tasks:

• Analyze and interpret retail and small enterprise data across OTP Group’s international member banks to support insight-based decision making
• Lead the development of dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics and trends
• Preparing presentations for the management based on the findings and recommendations
• Support and participate in advanced analytics projects in Group Member Banks
• Applying tools and techniques essential for Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of the data of OTP Group’s international member banks to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with other departments within the Directorate to identify business opportunities and drive strategic initiatives

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science 
• Strong spoken and written English, CEE language is an advantage but not a requirement
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a commercial bank / consulting firm / fintech company
• Proven experience of business analytics and data science projects
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to transform data into meaningful insights
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python), or willingness to learn if any of these are lacking
• Flexibility to travel and work abroad partially
