Data Operations Manager

At New York Family Dental, we're looking for a Data Operations Manager who will be critical in guiding a talented team of analysts to deliver impactful insights and drive both personal and professional success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the generation and distribution of pre-populated reports, and manage daily task lists across multiple service lines.
• Regularly maintain and update Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
• Generate marketing campaign lists and maintain the database, driving the success of our marketing efforts.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, presenting your findings to the management team.
• Uphold customer confidence by maintaining information confidentiality and protecting our operations.
• Play a key role in leading special projects, providing both support and leadership as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data analysis with a strong track record of delivering results in prior managerial roles.
• Exceptional ability to independently lead workstreams and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI, including data modeling, building dashboards, and utilizing SQL, Power Query, and DAX.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex data to colleagues.
• Keen attention to detail, understanding how small details can impact overall results.
• In-depth understanding of business operations, strategies, and processes.
