Job Description & Summary: We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI/APA Developer specializing in autonomous agents and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team. The ideal candidate will help design, develop, and optimize agents that can perform complex tasks autonomously while maintaining reliability and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement autonomous agents using LangChain / LangGraph/ Crew.ai / SK / Autogen and other relevant frameworks
• Develop and optimize RAG systems for improved information retrieval and response generation
• Create robust evaluation frameworks for testing agent performance and safety
• Implement monitoring and logging systems for agent behavior
• Develop documentation and best practices for agent development
• Contribute to the improvement of agent architecture and capabilities
• Develop ML pipelines for data processing, model training, and deployment.
• Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and production environments.
• Optimize prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in automation development, with a focus on Automation Anywhere.
• Building and deploying autonomous agents
• LangChain/llamaindex or any other similar cloud framework for developing applications
• Experience in any agentic platform (ex. Langgraph, Autogen, Crew.AI, BabyAGI etc)
• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and OpenAI APIs.
• Strong understanding of LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Mistral, Gemini, etc.) and fine-tuning techniques.
• Experience in vector databases (FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.) for RAG-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with ML model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps best practices.
• Understanding of Transformer based model and deep elarning
• Solid understanding of safety principles and best practices
• Resolving Hallucinations in the outcomes
