Team/Role Overview
The Metrics & Data Lead (SVP)  in Fund Services Operations is responsible for designing and implementing the Funds Services Operations Data Strategy and aligning that Strategy with business objectives to ultimately improve operational efficiency and support performance monitoring across the various functions.

Responsibilities

• In conjunction with key stakeholders lead the development and implementation of the Fund Services Operations Data Strategy.
• Implement data governance standards, ensuring data quality, compliance and consistency across all systems.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to lead initiatives that support continuous improvement in data quality and accuracy; including automation of metrics & KPIs.
• Design and deliver regular reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights into operational performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate collection and delivery of monthly metrics output to internal stakeholders.
• Establish an inventory of manual processes and work with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to automate those process, creating efficiencies and reducing operational risk.
• Deliver coherent and concise communications detailing the scope, progress and results of initiatives underway.
• Foster a data-driven culture within Fund Services Operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Financial Services, in a data or process improvement role.
• Qualification in Data Management and experience in organizational strategy desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Strong leadership and influencing skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
