Data Specialist - Supply Chain Transformation

As a Graduate Data Specialist, you will support supply chain transformation initiatives by contributing to data discovery, quality improvement, and governance activities. Data Discovery and Analysis:

• Assist in data discovery efforts to map out the current data landscape and identify key data sources.

Requirements Detailing and Support:

• Assist in translating business requirements into user stories and data specifications.

• Work with senior team members to validate solutions and ensure they align with business needs.

Quality Measurement and Data Integrity:

• Help establish data quality metrics and participate in monitoring efforts.

• Support senior team members in resolving data quality issues and maintaining data integrity.

• Contribute to the implementation of data governance best practices.

Data Issue Resolution:

• Provide support in analyzing and troubleshooting data discrepancies.

• Document issue resolution processes and assist in process improvement initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work alongside senior team members in cross-functional projects involving procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

• Participate in workshops and meetings to learn best practices in aligning data strategies.

Required & Preferred Experience

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, or a related field.

• Basic proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Understanding of data management principles and database concepts.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with ERP systems

• Familiarity with programming languages for data analysis.
