Field Digital Transformation Program Manager

  • Job Summary
    This role is responsible for delivering large-scale, complex internal projects, which often span multiple regions, and involve significant risk, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols. The role includes effective management of project finances, maintenance of relationships with upper-level stakeholders, and overseeing a project team of over 20 individuals from diverse countries. The role fosters skill development, contributes to the refinement of project management practices, and promotes a culture of delivery excellence within the program management department.

    Responsibilities
    Identify business opportunities, create program/project charter, lead project team, handle risks, issues, planning, MOC with internal/external stakeholders, report project progresses to Mgmt

Manages project financials, consistently meeting or surpassing approved budgets, and ensures the provision of dependable financial forecasts to the management.


Contributes to setting the direction for the project management discipline within the company by refining templates, tools, and materials.


Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.

Program management experience in the domain of GEN AI & machine learning, transformation programs

Understanding AI technology and proven track record in managing business cases where AI-ML is core

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions.

Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML trends and technologies and drive the use of new AI/ML technologies into the org through innovative solutions.

Provide thought championing in state-of-the-art machine-learning techniques.

Key deliverables/accountabilities:

Program Management:

  • Understands the vision/objective and kicks off new programs
  • Understanding on Customer support field delivery processes
  • Work on delivery efficiency improvement program using e2e closed loop ML model
  • Communicates progress/blockers with all stakeholders clearly and on time
  • Negotiates with both internal and external partners on the timing of dependencies to ensure successful delivery
  • Ability to exercise good judgement and balance risks in ambiguous, complex, fast-paced situations

Technical Acumen:

  • Understands the system’s functionality and architecture down to its core components
  • Participates in the design review process and influences decisions to ensure quality
  • Applies standards to the program and its dependencies
  • Good understanding on technical Architecture concept and keep knowledge of the latest technologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree
  • Typically, 10-12 years’ experience in Project Management and/or Support functions
  • Proven records in leading all aspects of complex projects
  • Project Management certification will be a plus
  • Experience in virtual team environment

Other requirements:

  • Fluent English both written and verbal

Personal skills and qualities:

  • Leadership on leading all aspects of project in an autonomous way
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a large matrix organization with multiple stakeholders across the value chain, ensuring projects move ahead with specific timelines taking all stakeholders along
  • Strong Communication skills, including to create clear status updates for internal and external (partners) audiences
  • Ability to develop new ideas and methods to run in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
  • Agility and learning capability to connect new product characteristics and new delivery models with Channel business processes, infrastructure, tool impacts and any other relevant change impacting how the channel partner does business

Technical skills (procedures and documents the employee must be acquainted with):

  • MS Office, MS Visio
