Job Description

We are looking for an AI & ML Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and ML solutions on Azure, with a strong focus on generative AI models and AI agents. This is a high-impact role where you will work on cutting-edge AI-driven automation, fine-tune large language models (LLMs), and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Development

• 🧠 Generative AI & AI Agent Development: Develop and integrate AI-powered solutions using Azure AI Studio and related Microsoft tools.
• 🤖 Intelligent Agent Development: Build AI-driven business process automation to enhance operational efficiency.
• 🎯 Model Fine-tuning & Optimization: Customize and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) (e.g., GPT-based models) for enterprise applications.
• 🛡️ Secure & Scalable Deployment: Ensure secure, scalable AI applications compliant with enterprise standards.
• 🔗 System Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI models with enterprise systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
• ⚖️ AI Governance & Compliance: Adhere to ethical AI policies and industry best practices.
• 🚀 Innovation & Prototyping: Experiment with emerging AI technologies to explore new business use cases.

Machine Learning Solution Development

• 🔍 ML Model Design & Optimization: Design, implement, and optimize ML models and pipelines using Azure Machine Learning Studio.
• 🔄 Full-Cycle ML Development: Manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from data preprocessing to deployment and monitoring.
• ☁️ Cloud Integration: Deploy ML models with Azure Data Lake, Azure Functions, and other Azure cloud services.
• ⚙️ MLOps Implementation: Apply MLOps best practices, including automated workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and model performance monitoring.
• 🤝 Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with data scientists and business teams to transition research prototypes into production-ready AI/ML solutions.
• 📈 Model Performance Tuning: Optimize models using hyperparameter tuning, parallel runs, and custom compute targets.
• 📑 Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation on ML workflows, configurations, and project progress.

Qualifications

✅ Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Certifications in Azure AI & Machine Learning are a strong plus.

✅ Experience Required

• Proven track record in AI & ML development with expertise in Azure AI & Machine Learning Studio.
• Hands-on experience in generative AI model development and LLM fine-tuning.
• Strong background in MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based AI integration.
