Lead Data Architect

We have strengthened our position in the global market by opening a new office in Austin, USA, which hosts world technology giants from all over the world.
 Responsibilities
*Modernization and optimization of the existing BigQuery-based DWH architecture*Designing and implementing a new DWH infrastructure company-wide*Defining and applying data governance strategies*Data modeling and database design*Designing and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines*Providing technical leadership and mentorship to the Data and BI team*Defining standards for data quality and security*Coordinating with cross-functional teams*Establishing and documenting best practices.
Required Qualifications
*Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields*Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture/engineering*Extensive experience with BigQuery*Experience with Redshift or similar cloud DWH systems*In-depth knowledge of modern data stack tools*Strong experience in data modeling and database design*Advanced knowledge of Python and SQL*Experience in designing and implementing ETL/ELT processes*Experience in managing technical teams*Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)*Experience with data governance frameworks*Experience with open-source ETL tools (e.g., Apache Airflow)
Preferred Qualifications
*Knowledge of data security and regulations such as KVKK/GDPR*Experience with Agile methodologies*Advanced proficiency in English
