Job Description Summary

Aid in the development and maintenance of integrations between applications in our IT Service Management ecosystems. This position will engage in web authoring, python, PHP, proprietary tools for using APIs, and modifying databases. This will include working in a co-located team in IT Services in order to implement a solution using Agile methodologies. These needs may include specialized skills that are not currently available among our current staff or may be to augment expertise in a particular area.
Training in the integration platform and agile will be provided as needed based on the skill level.

    Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Work individually or as part of a team to research, analyze, design, develop/modify, and test applications
  • Write SQL, python, PhP and procedural programming scripts as assigned
  • Track progress and provide status reports on assigned projects
  • Develop documentation for designs and/or solutions
  • Minimum Qualifications

    A current student with a major or minor in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Ability to work unsupervised.

    Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong analysis and problem solving skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills 
  • Understanding of statistical methods, including statistical process control
  • Experience with coding. Python preferred
  • Working knowledge of SQL
