• Location: USA (Remote, PST Hours)

• Job Description: We are looking for a Power BI Developer with strong SQL skills to drive data visualization, reporting, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data engineering, ETL processes, and Agile development, along with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for business insights.
• Utilize SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver iterative solutions.
• Work with data engineering pipelines and ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Leverage Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration where applicable (without direct Azure development).
• Apply strong business and data analysis skills to interpret and present key insights.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and soft skills to address complex data challenges and collaborate effectively.

• Required Skills:
• Expertise in Power BI – Data visualization, reporting, and dashboarding.
• Strong SQL Proficiency – Advanced query writing, performance optimization, and data analysis.
• Data Engineering Knowledge – Experience with ETL pipelines and data modelling.
• Agile Development Experience – Working in Agile teams, iterative development, and cross-team collaboration.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Ability to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.
• Problem-Solving & Soft Skills – Strong analytical thinking and ability to resolve complex data challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field Relevant Experience: 8+ years
