These are our current challenges and future goals:

As a Senior Analytics Engineer at Glow25, you will bridge the gap between data engineering and analytics. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, well-documented data models, ensuring data reliability, and enabling self-service analytics across the company. Working closely with analysts, data engineers, and business teams, you will play a key role in shaping the BI landscape from the ground up.

This is where we need your support:

• You build and maintain scalable data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
• You develop data products, improve data discoverability, and empower business users with curated datasets.
• You ensure data quality through testing frameworks, validation processes, and documentation.
• You design performant ELT processes and scalable data architectures.
• You monitor data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
• You partner with analysts and business teams to translate requirements into efficient data models that drive insights.

You have the following experience:

• You have at least 3 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, with some knowledge of Data Engineering or a strong willingness to learn. A generalist mindset is key, as you'll be involved in a variety of tasks.
• Your expertise includes strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data transformation tools such as dbt.
• You worked with cloud data platforms like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift and it's a part of your daily routine.
• You have a deep understanding of data modeling concepts and know how to structure datasets efficiently.
• You possess knowledge in data governance, testing, and data quality assurance, including dbt tests and metadata management.
• You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and support them with data solutions.
• You have experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or similar.
• You are familiar with orchestration tools like Airflow, Dagster or similar.
