What You'll do:

- Lead the development of multiple technical solutions focused on Generative AI, from PoC to deployment;

- Ensure high-quality standards for AI solutions by adopting the most suitable tools and frameworks, as well as implementing best practices, such as robust testing, validation, and performance evaluation processes;

- Guide and mentor junior developers, guiding them through the AI development lifecycle, ensuring a good collaboration and high-quality deliverables;

- Engage with business stakeholders to define the technical direction of projects;

- Support the deployment of AI models in production environments, ensuring ongoing monitoring, optimization, and update;

- Collaborate with software developers, MLOps and DevOps to ensure seamless integration of AI modules into successful applications.

What You Are:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;

- Strong and foundational knowledge on Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Generative AI;

- At least 5 years of experience in full-stack machine learning in complex and long-term projects, from conception to deployment, with focus on modular and scalable architectures;

- Experience in developing and deploying LLM-based solution is highly valued;

- Proficiency in programming in Python and using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch and LangChain;

- Hands-on experience with cloud services, such as Azure or AWS;

- Experience with services such as API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, OpenAI, BedRock and related ones is highly valued;

- Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices;

- Experience in establishing and promoting best practices in software engineering, such as code reviews, automated testing, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies;

- Excellent problem-solving, communication and mentoring skills;

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
