AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Master Data Specialist.

As part of the ongoing expansion of our Centre of Excellence, we are seeking Master Data Specialists to join the MDM team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing spare parts master data for our products.

 

Working closely with the global MDM team, you will analyze, load, and maintain service parts data within AGCO’s enterprise systems, including SAP and Windchill. As a key member of the Global Parts Supply Chain team, this position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate in a truly international environment.

 

Your Impact

• Create, maintain, and monitor spare parts master data for operational and market launch readiness.

• Process and manage technical product and parts information in enterprise systems.

• Ensure data quality through validation, system testing, and cleansing activities.

• Coordinate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders on master data-related topics.

• Implement and adhere to global standards, processes, and service level definitions for spare parts management.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Required).

• Total 6+ years in engineering and 2 yrs. of experience in product data management and aftermarket parts business.

• Hands-on experience with SAP MM module and PTC Windchill PLM software.

• Background in Agricultural Equipment Manufacturing, Auto OEM, Auto Component OEM, or After Sales operations.

• Certification in CAD Processes and Tools, preferably CREO (PTC-Toolbox)(preferred). Experience in technical documentation and Master Data Management
