YOUR ROLE

• Extracting the data from various data sources into the Power BI desktop and transforming the data in Power Query Editor to generate Reports and Dashboards.
• Utilized Power Query in Power BI to Pivot and Un-Pivot the Data Model for Data Cleansing and Data messaging.
• Data validation: Validating Data sources, Extracting data, and applying transformation logic
• Test planning & Execution: Defining testing scope, Prepares test cases and test conditions, Test Data preparation
• Executes Test Cases and Test Scripts, Maintains test execution logs, Logs incidents, Bugs, Reports
• Coordinating test activities with Dev, BA & DBA and  conduct defect triage for resolution of issues
• Test quality: Ensuring the quality of their work and the work of the development team
• QA Test documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation of test plans, test deliverables document such as QA Estimates, RTM (requirement traceability matrix, Peer reviews, QA sign-off documents.

YOUR PROFILE

• Good conversational English (C1, C2)
• 2 to 6 years of professional experience relevant to the role. (Junior and Lead vacancies)
• Experience in working and testing with BI Reports and DAX/MDX queries (Data analysis language). 
• BI Tools like Power BI, Excel, and SQL servers.
• Working experience in Power Query, Power Pivot
• SQL knowledge with ability to write complex queries (example Left, right joins etc..) 
• Experience in ETL Transformations
• Ability to test Data validation and Data Transformation from source to Target
• Hands experience working on ADO/JIRA for test management, reporting defects and Dashboards creation.
• Ability to Identify and report the risks and provide the mitigation plans.
