About the role

Are you a proactive individual with a solid grasp of business dynamics and a strong focus on value creation? As a Senior Data Visualization Manager, you’ll set the standard, spearheading innovation and developing advanced solutions to drive our business initiatives. This role requires sharp critical thinking, resilience, and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment where challenges are tackled with creativity and determination. 

Your responsibilities

Vision, Strategy, and Goals 

• Define and execute the vision and strategy for the Data Visualization Chapter, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and driving innovation across the organization. 

People Management 

• Build and nurture a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth. 

• Mentor and coach team members to unlock their full potential, ensuring a supportive and inclusive work environment. 

• Lead by example, inspiring trust and accountability within the team. 

Stakeholder Collaboration and Capacity Planning 

• Support IT product managers by determining the 'who' and 'how' for executing data visualization initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivering impactful outcomes. 

The experience we're looking for

• Over 8 years of industry experience in Data&Analytics, preferably focusing on the CPG or retail, with a strong track record of delivering impactful business solutions. 
• Exceptional strategic thinking with a big-picture focus. 
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with at least 4 years of experience building and developing high-performing BI / Data Engineering teams. 
• Expertise in stakeholder management, ensuring collaboration and alignment across diverse teams and departments. 
• Experience in cloud data architectures, large datasets processing, real time streams and unstructured data 
• Strong experience with SQL, development of analytical reports/dashboards in PowerBI, PowerQuery, implementation of ETL process 
• Full BI projects life-cycle implementation experience: Requirements gathering, conception & design, development, implementation, deployment and driving user adoption 
• Ability to build agile and high performing squads that can deliver real business impact in short period of time.
