AI Engineer

This role involves end-to-end development of AI applications, including integration with LLMs, backend and front-end development, as well as deployment expertise.   In this role you will: 

• Work with AI models and agents 

• Create and orchestrating AI agents 

• Prompt Engineering  

• Evaluate performance and quality  

• Build and maintain RAG workflows 

• Process and analyze large datasets ensuring high-quality input for embedding and fine-tuning AI models. 

• Deploy AI systems in the Cloud on production environments 

• Design and build Web APIs for seamless integration with AI solutions 

• Stay up to date with emerging AI trends, tools and breakthroughs, ensuring integrating relevant advancements to drive innovation. 

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. product managers, legal, etc.) to ensure alignment of AI-driven solutions with strategic business objectives. 

Your background:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science or equivalent professional experience

• Experience with Python, JavaScript and C# 

• Strong foundational knowledge of LLM architecture and functionality 

• Familiarity with Langchain or alternative frameworks 

• Experience with Vector DB (Pinecone, Chroma…) for efficient storage and retrieval of vector embeddings in LLMs 

• Strong understanding of data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques 

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for AI deployment. 

• Experience with AI Frameworks (Tensor Flow), along with designing, developing and deploying AI/ML models in real-world applications, would be an advantage. 

• Expertise in specialized areas such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is a plus.
