At E.ON, the SAP Engineering Chapter is a collective of innovative minds dedicated to delivering world-class SAP architecture, SAP software development and SAP engineering capabilities across our Segments and product teams. By joining us, you will play a critical role in keeping E.ON's SAP Architecture and Capabilities modern, secure and excellent.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

As an architect and advisor with a focus on data, advanced analytics, and AI/ML use cases, you will:

• Establish best practices, standards, and governance frameworks for SAP Data and AI development, deployment, and monitoring to ensure ethical and responsible usage​

• Lead workshops with business and IT teams, defining AI-driven strategies and data roadmaps tailored to their needs​

• Design and implement strategies that leverage SAP Data/Analytics and BTP AI services ​

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure adherence to the defined guidelines and standards ​

• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest SAP Data, Analytics and AI advancements​

• Research, evaluate, and recommend Data and AI frameworks, tools, and platforms to build robust and innovative solutions​

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

• Extensive expertise in SAP environment focusing on data, advanced analytics, and AI/ML use cases
• Strong knowledge of SAP Data/Analytics & AI strategy, architecture, and solutions (e.g., SAP BTP, SAP Datasphere)
• Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, generative AI techniques, and system/LLM architectures
• End-to-end implementation experience from business requirements to impactful solutions
• Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
