POSITION OVERVIEW

Fidelity National Financial (FNF) is seeking a Senior AI Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions for the Digital Innovation Team. The ideal candidate will possess good expertise in Azure AI services, a strong background in agile software development, and a passion for innovation in the field of artificial intelligence. This role requires technical leadership, collaborative teamwork, and a strategic approach to driving business solutions through Generative AI technologies.

LOCATION

• This role can sit at our HQ in Jacksonville, FL or 100% remote.
• Some travel may be required as needed

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop robust architectures for Generative AI solutions, ensuring they are secure, scalable, reliable, and efficient.
• Continuously evolve and optimize AI architectures to meet emerging business needs and technology trends.
• Oversee the end-to-end development of Generative AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to development and operations teams on Generative AI technologies and design patterns.
• Lead technical discussions and decision-making processes to drive GenAI initiatives forward.
• Establish best practices and standards for GenAI development within the team and evangelize learnings and patterns with other development teams in the enterprise.
• Drive innovation by exploring and incorporating new Generative AI technologies and methodologies into both the development process and software solutions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI to enhance business processes and datasets.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in GenAI and machine learning to inform strategic planning.
• Ensure all GenAI solutions comply with FNF policies and standards.
• Implement security measures and ethical guidelines in the development and deployment of GenAI technologies.
• Work directly with offshore teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration across all GenAI projects.
• Facilitate effective communication between onshore and offshore teams to align objectives and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align GenAI initiatives with overall business strategies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field or related work experience.
• Requires 8+ years of IT Architecture experience.
• Proficiency in Generative AI Azure services, including but not limited to Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure AI Search.
• Proven experience deploying Generative AI solutions into production environments for business users.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages including C#, and ideally python
• Deep experience with end-to-end agile software development.
• Ability to manage the full software development lifecycle of development projects, from conception to deployment.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub (CI/CD) pipelines/actions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex development projects.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE 

• Experience with machine learning algorithms, data modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with Graph Databases and/or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as MLFlow.
• Understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a bias for action.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
