Fullstack Developer within AI Solutions

Location

The Digital Center of Excellence is part of Alleima Group IT and plays a key role in driving digital development within the areas of Generative AI and data platforms.

We are a small, agile team of three employees, supported by a few consultants, allowing us to move quickly while maintaining a strong focus on delivering impactful solutions. We are located in Sandviken and Stockholm.

We are now looking for a Full Stack Developer with AI Solutions.

The Team:                                                                                                                       

We are expanding to better leverage the potential of Generative AI in driving efficiency and improvement across Alleima. With many identified use cases where AI can create significant value, we see a clear need to strengthen our team with an additional developer. By growing our in-house expertise, we ensure long-term competence development, business understanding, and a strong foundation for delivering impactful solutions. In a rapidly evolving landscape, we want to build a team that not only adapts to digital advancements but actively drives them—shaping the future of AI within Alleima.

At our company, you will work with, among other things:                                        

• Designing, developing, testing, debugging, and implementing not only traditional software components but also cutting-edge solutions in Generative AI, leveraging Azure-based AI services and tools.
   
• Creating pre-studies, system specifications, and time estimates for both conventional and AI-driven projects, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business needs.
   
• Determining software design requirements that consider not only scalability, security, accessibility, and extendibility but also the unique demands of integrating large language models and AI-based search into systems.

Your profile                                                                                                                             

You have held a similar role for a few years which allows you to be hands-on from day one. You understand that being the best is not about outshining others, it is about pushing boundaries, learning, and growing together.

Required competencies:

• Python; Web Application development; Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• At least one of these - JavaScript/TypeScript including frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.

Other competencies:

• HTML, CSS; Data modeling and experience with relational and non-relational databases; API development; Git and DevOps practices.
• Experience integrating Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs) via APIs.
• Experience with vectorization and vector databases; NLP (Natural Language Processing)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment automation.
• Understanding of security best practices in web development (e.g., authentication, authorization, secure coding).
• Experience optimizing web applications for performance and scalability

You have a completed degree in a subject that is relevant to the position.

English fluent in spoken and written language.
