Data Engineer

Position Responsibilities And Expected Outcomes

• In-depth knowledge and experience with Data Engineering essentials such as Python, pyspark, SQL, workflow scheduling, relational and non-relational SQL, and development of complex data solutions
• Discover problems in data and applications and design solutions with engineering and product leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex data engineering problems; end to end problem resolution and continuous improvement mindset.
• Develop and maintain applications using PySpark and SQL for modernization and ongoing support.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of Data Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated
• Experience with Databricks, Spark, python, SQL, AWS EMR/S3, ETL or similar systems for performance.
• Familiarity with modern build pipelines, tools, CI/CD concepts
• Experience on data analysis or modelling tasks in data warehouse environment
