MARSH TECH INDIA is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai  office:

MEAN Stack – Manager/Senior Principal Engineer (Data Science CoE)

What can you expect?

• Must have had experience creating secure RESTful-based web services, one or more front end javascript libraries
• Hands on experience with AWS DevOps
• Must have experience creating secure webpages, and integrating security features into web applications
• Knowledge of some tuning MongoDB and/or PostGres for indexing and other database level optimization
• Some experience with APIGEE, DataDog, CI/CD pipeline, Kubernetes
• Proficient skills on front end applications using HTML5, Angular, CSS
• Must have practical utilization of modern frameworks and design patterns
• Previous hands-on working experience on a full stack application
• Must have experience setting up technical best practices.
• Must have had expertise in complex writing, reading, optimizing MongoDB aggregates or SQL queries
• Should have lead a team, with descent people management skills
• Be able to work hands-on.
• Worked in an Agile team

• Ability to work closely with Data scientists and understand the needs and create and implement the technology solution
• Work along with developers, Data engineers to ensure successful project

• Available and approachable, a mediator of technical decisions

What you need to have: 

• Min, overall 8+ Years in total of experience in developing full stack applications
• Min 2+ years in leading teams technically
• BE/ BTECH/ MCA/ M TECH

What makes you stand out?

• Ability to work on AI solutions and Models  & Understanding of LLM’s and Sage Maker
• Knowledge and skills in Python
• Excellent programming attitude on data structures and algorithms, must be able to write superior quality code with excellent naming conventions
• Ability to help the stakeholders foresee a future problems with the solution for end users and help avoid the same basis expert suggestions
