We’re looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer on our Emerging Technology team to identify, evaluate, and champion the next big ideas in AI and ML—including orchestrated multi-agent solutions—while guiding the implementation of agentic AI across our organization. You’ll serve as the go-to resource for emerging trends—actively researching academic journals, industry conferences, and startups—while synthesizing your findings into actionable strategies. Whether it’s designing proof-of-concepts or recommending new technology investments, you’ll shape our AI roadmap and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure your ideas spark real change.

Essential Functions

Technology & Market Research

• Continuously track academic journals, conferences, startups, and vendors to uncover new AI/ML technologies and best practices.

• Assess the potential impact, feasibility, and ROI of emerging solutions, guiding enterprise priorities.

Trend Analysis & Reporting

• Produce insightful reports on AI/ML trends for executive decision-making.

• Translate technical topics into concise, accessible language that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strategic Recommendations

• Identify opportunities where AI can address business challenges or open new revenue streams.

• Provide clear, data-driven advice on technology investments, partnerships, or pilot projects that can transform our business.

Solution Prototyping & Architecture

• Collaborate with Advanced Analytics, Data Science, Product, AI Engineers, and IT teams to build AI/ML proof-of-concepts.

• Offer hands-on engineering support, ensuring prototypes are built to scale and integrated seamlessly into production workflows.

• Evaluate data pipelines and MLOps processes, recommending improvements for efficient AI lifecycle management.

Collaboration & Advising

• Serve as an internal consultant, advising leadership on strategic AI initiatives and long-term roadmap planning.

• Present research findings and architectural concepts in high-level forums, guiding technical and business stakeholders alike.

Thought Leadership & Knowledge Sharing

• Lead workshops and briefings on cutting-edge AI trends and technologies to maintain our competitive edge.

• Develop internal resources—like reference architectures or technology scouting reports—to spread AI expertise across the organization.

Governance & Risk Awareness

• Stay current with evolving regulations, ethical considerations, and data privacy laws, recommending best practices for compliant AI solutions.

• Engage with governance and compliance teams to set standards that uphold AI ethics and data integrity.

Documentation & Portfolio Tracking

• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of research findings, vendor evaluations, and technology scouting reports.

• Track outcomes of prototypes and pilot programs, measuring their business impact and refining future research priorities.

What Do We Need From You?

• 7+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML-related or large-scale automation work, with a blend of strategic research and hands-on solution development.

• Proven ability to influence and guide enterprise-scale AI initiatives, from initial discovery through production-ready delivery.

• Familiarity with popular AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Familiar with modern coding languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) and capable of collaborating when needed for prototyping or development work.

• Exceptional communication skills—able to discuss complex technical topics with executives, stakeholders, and engineering teams.

• Solid understanding of AI ethics, data governance, and model lifecycle best practices.
